In article the concept analysis «transitive economy of Azerbaijan» on the basis of the comparative analysis with economy of other Post-Soviet countries is given. Such indicators as an index of global competitiveness, the index of economic freedom, an index of ease of business dealing, an index of level of corruption, becomes a conclusion about presence of problems in development of not oil sector of the country are investigated thus.
В статье дается анализ понятия «транзитивная экономика Азербайджана» на основе сравнительного анализа с экономикой других постсоветских стран. Исследуются при этом такие показатели, как индекс глобальной конкурентоспособности, индекс экономической свободы, индекс легкости ведения бизнеса, индекс уровня коррупции, делается вывод о наличии проблем в развитии ненефтяного сектора страны.
