Abstract
In modern conditions, private farms are part of multistructural agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy that provides employment, increases incomes of rural families, and makes a significant contribution in solving the food problem of the country. Formation of the required level and conditions of their functioning causes the need to identify the main areas of state regulation regarding private farms development.
