ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION UNDER THE IMPACT OF WESTERN SANCTIONS

In the article the basic directions of increase of efficiency of the spectrum of processes that are subject to government influence on domestic economic development, under the influence of western sanctions. The need to address a number of practical problems of economic reform in transition to a qualitatively different state, and the difficulties arising in this way, make the actual problem of economic change through the mechanisms of self-organization and the possibility of their conscious control.
