Abstract
In modern economic conditions, the pursued state policy, is aimed at the development of financial institutions and tools demanding security of control and supervision in the sphere of the financial market. In work author's vision of opportunities of management of development of the state financial management at distribution of financial means is presented to subjects of the Russian Federation.
