Abstract
The theoretical problems of the management efficiency of mining and metallurgical industry enterprises commercial contracts in the development ensuring of their business activities were researched. The tendencies that characterize the key parameters of mining-processing, metallurgical and coke enterprises’ business activities at the present stage of mining and metallurgical industry development in Ukraine where analyzed.
