Abstract
In the context of a crisis condition of the agrarian economy of Ukraine the most relevant scientific problem remains formation of the economic potential of the food industry and the possibility of its implementation in the context of national food security. In methodological foundation realize the economic potential of food companies on a combination of resource and cost concepts, organic interaction which will implement the strategic interests of the business owners.
