Abstract
The article is devoted to the world pharmaceutical market research. Author has considered priority directions of market development on the modern stage, defined the basic trends and problems, identified possible ways of overcoming them as well. The special attention is paid to the innovations, search as new technologies and strategic directions of medications development.
