Abstract
The research of the current state of the market lending. The study analyzes the volume of lending in Russia over the past three years, also analyzed the top 10 largest commercial banks in the Russian Federation for the various indicators. Considered the shortcomings of the modern credit system in the Russian Federation and defines the basic directions of improvement.
