EFFECTIVENESS OF BANKRUPTCY: APPROACHES AND CRITERIA

Approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of bankruptcy at the micro and macro levels were examined. At the level of "enterprise - debtor and creditors" criteria of economic and socio-economic benefits of bankruptcy for the debtor and creditors to achieve their initial position goals were developed. In the context of globalization and the economic crisis at the macro level was proposed to estimate the effectiveness of the institution of bankruptcy in the national economy of each country, using the criteria of efficiency of public administration in the field of bankruptcy.
