Abstract
The features of achieving the Millennium Development Goals were analyzed, challenges for development assistance were set, the UN and the Development Assistance Committee of the OECD contribution in international assistance programs to developing countries was set, the relationship between the level of competitiveness and volume of development assistance from donor countries was evaluated.
