Abstract
The formation of a new electricity market (wholesale and retail markets of electricity and capacity), the existence of competition between wholesale generation companies, territorial generation companies led to the new business conditions, which are characterized as new opportunities to increase their effectiveness, as well as the presence of threats and uncertainties functioning.
