Abstract
Energy, as a technological basis for the functioning of eco-economy, largely determines the prospects of development and national safety of safety of Russia. Occurring market transformations in the world and domestic electric power industry change not only the geography of activity of the power companies, their organizational structure, but also IU-methods and mechanisms for the management of their business activity.
