Focuses on the development of the infrastructure of the Arkhangelsk region in the conditions of formation of the system of gasification of the whole region: the regional center, the district of the cities, municipalities, rural and Northern areas, as well as industrial facilities. The necessity of transition of consumers to gas supply to with the purpose of improvement of quality and reduction of tariffs for services rendered.
