Abstract

The need for protection from unwanted external influences and radical internal changes, the need for security - a basic, fundamental to the needs as an individual's life, as society and state. Under the conditions of formation of market economy economic security of existence has expanded, giving rise to a permanent and massive dissatisfaction with this demand, which has a negative impact on the economic development of the state, I will destroy usu-crisis state in all spheres of his life.
