Abstract
In article the critical analysis of influence of a world financial and economic crisis on various processes is provided in the Russian economy. Aspects of monetarist policies in the conditions of crisis are considered. Need of increase of investment activity for Russia in the conditions of crisis locates. The directions in which it is necessary to look for solutions of an analyzed problem are offered.
