THE PECULIARITIES OF REALIZATION OF CONTROL CYCLE IN THE CONDITIONS OF INCREASING THE INFLUENCE OF PUBLIC FACTORS ON THE SYSTEM OF SECONDARY EDUCATION MANAGEMENT

The peculiarities of control cycle in the conditions of increasing the influence of public factors on secondary education management are analyzed in the article. The conclusion is made, that a control cycle in the conditions of the development of public and state secondary education management must have ramified structure, being oriented at maximal concordance of the interests of all parties in resolving the problems arising in educational systems.
