Abstract
The article shows the necessity of regulation of the investment activity of banks, identified current problems in regulation. The questions of development of mega-regulator, the proposed system of regulation of the financial infrastructure of Russia. In connection with the low investment activity of the participants of the domestic stock market are given recommendation on the improvement of the regulation of investment operations.
