Abstract
With the globalization of today's economy matures particularly acute need to increase the capitalization of financial-industrial groups by increasing their equity units, which requires a comprehensive rethinking of the foundations of the initial public offering and the development of software for the effective implementation of this process, the Russian financial-industrial groups.
