PROBLEMS EFFICIENCY OF ACTIVITY THE INSURANCE COMPANIES OF IRAN FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF PROPERTY STRUCTURE

for consideration of the specified problem were analyzed statistics of some the insurance companies for 2006-2007 by means of a method of the expanded search of the data and comparison of financial indicators of these organizations. It has been defined that in those companies, whose activity is based on a private property, efficiency of activity and profit above. Proceeding from it, it is possible to give positive forecasts of growth of this indicator. Recommendations about gradual transfer of the state companies in private, with definition of corresponding legal status by it are formulated.
