Abstract
The oil pipeline of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan is an important factor of development of the external economic relations of Azerbaijan with the region countries. In article tasks the complex of social and economic problems without which decision it is impossible to execute put in a framework of «The project of an eyelid», first of all is considered the organizational.
