Abstract

Iran, as a developing country, is experiencing a chronic shortage of domestic investment. With investment, both direct and cooperative on the part of developed countries, can be relatively quickly solve this problem. Creating an incentive for foreign investors, as well as ensuring stability in the political, economic terms and in terms of security in general, can serve as a basis for attracting foreign capital. This, in turn, is the basis for the formation of the developed countries, the relative superiority in the economic and social development compared to other countries in the region for economic growth, employment and address the application of new technologies.
