Abstract
In the article experience of creation of management ecological risks conception is analysed. The positive moments of existence conception are exposed. The complex of administrative actions and methods risk management is offered. Such complex is provided by the maximally wide scope of possible risks. This complex is provided by taking of influence of risks to the optimum possible scopes.
