Abstract

In the article was performed periodization of the methodology of the assessment of competitiveness at the macro level; presented the analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the methodology of assessing competitiveness made by different research organizations and institutions; identified the most effective methodological approach for analyzing competitiveness of the national economy.
