DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS INTRAPRENEURSHIP

Abstract

In article the reasons of weak introduction of the phenomenon of an intrapreneurship at the Russian enterprises are considered. Conditions of development of an intrapreneurship in the organization are allocated. From the point of view of the author, all conditions can be divided into three groups: organizational conditions, conditions of independence of managers innovators, conditions of financial security of intra firm business.
