THE INFLUENCE OF COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT OF THE RAILWAY TRANSPORTATION ON QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE POPULATION OF REPUBLIC SAKHA (YAKUTIA)

In article the leading researchers, prosecuting are mentioned by subjects of quality of life of the population. The essence of a category of quality of life is considered, the special attention is given to realization of the investment project – a building of the transport-logistical center in Northern region. Northern territories play a key role in national economy, in safety and geopolitical interests of Russia. However, one of the main terminators of economic development of region is not developed transport infrastructure. Now there is a threat of food safety in Arctic regions which is directly following of the absence of transport communications in extreme conditions of the Far North. In article the purpose, problems and results of building of a trasnport-logistical center are described.
