Abstract
In article research of theoretical and methodological problems of development of the budget of the investment project is provided. Models and practical aspects of budget management by the companies in Russia and abroad are considered. Questions of automation of budgeting are studied. The important role the plan fact of the analysis of the budget of the investment project in system of investment management is shown. The conceptual device is enhanced.
