THE KNOWLEDGE WORK MANAGEMENT IN CORPORATION: METHODOLOGY AND PERFECTION TRENDS ABROAD

This article is a result of long and extensive author’s research about the problems of knowledge work management in corporations. We justify the need for a new subject field of research, formed methodology of knowledge work management. Knowledge work management is represented as a complex system of interaction between the three approaches to management: knowledge work resources, knowledge work potential and knowledge workflow. Trends of knowledge work management development in foreign companies are identified.
