METHODICAL APPROACHES TO FORMATION OF THE MODERNIZATION MECHANISM OF PRODUCTIVE FORCES IN THE TROUBLED REGIONS

The issue of integrated development and distribution of productive forces of regions is becoming increasingly important with the rapid socio-economic changes which have been taking place in the world recently. Strengthening the role of the regions as a result of active processes of decentralization forms of governance requires the development of methodical approaches to formation of the modernization mechanism of productive forces in the troubled regions.
