Abstract
The article discusses the concept of the economic horizon, reveals its elements and its definition is given as an integral basis of the physical and socio-economic environment. Developed and proposed the basic principles of the modernization of the economic system and its industries, including agriculture. The analyzes allows the author to consider the development of modern geo-economic horizon of Ukraine in the integration and clusters.
