Abstract
In article the problem unification of national legislations of the various states in the field of the international commercial arbitration is investigated. Use in the national legislation of typical laws ЮНСИТРАЛ promotes process of rapprochement of the legislation of the various states in the field of the international commercial arbitration, and also to the effective permission of the international trading disputes.
