Abstract
Global informatization could not ignore the educational sector. Apart from the obvious advantages it brings some problems that need to be addressed in due course IT-service. ITIL is the library that contains an optimal practical methods and tools to organize the units that are engaged in the provision of services in the field of information technology, including user support.
