The growth of labor productivity in the industry depends directly on the organizational and economic conditions created for each enterprise allowing creating the required level of labor productivity. Insufficient rates of labor productivity growth at the domestic industrial enterprises and, in particular, the domestic machine building enterprises causes the necessity to form the organizational and economic mechanism of labor productivity management that allows using effectively the existing opportunities for the growth. The basis of the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of labor productivity management must involve the improvement of production factors determining the development and active use of human resources that will allow the company to concentrate efforts on the development of directions related to the enhancing the qualitative characteristics of the human factor of the production.
The paper gives the analysis of the concepts of the human resources management that can be used for the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of performance management. The author carries out the assessment of their advantages and disadvantages determining the possibility of implementation in business practices of industrial enterprises and identifies the reasons limiting the application of the known concepts of human resources management in the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of performance management at the domestic machine-building enterprises.
