THE IMPACT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMIC POLICY ON THE HOUSEHOLDS AND BUSINESSES

Abstract

The Government of the Russian Federation in 2016 acknowledged the reduction in real incomes in recent years and the need for corrective action. In the budget message of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin on 2017 were said about the need for the development of the nonbank financial sector for attracting investment from citizens in the country's economy. The financial system in the country is underdeveloped and that leads to the inaccessibility and high cost of financial resources to needy subjects, the situation is exacerbated by the negative situation in the banking system of the country.

This article evaluates the economic policy of the state. The economic policy should orient on criteria of improving the welfare of households, development of financial system, creating conditions for entrepreneurial activities. The authors assesses the key actions and measures adopted by Federal bodies of Executive power in recent years. Special attention is paid to the actions of the Bank of Russia, including inflation targeting, in parallel, authors assessed the individual aspects of the policy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

As actions to improve of the domestic economy proposes measures for the development of regional stock exchanges in the country, the involvement of households on the financial market of the country. Proposed a different approach to assessment and prediction of inflation that can be used in the adjustment policies of the Bank of Russia and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. The authors also developed indicators to assess the quality of economic policy, the main evaluation criterion in these figures is the impact of the economic measures applied by bodies of the state and municipal authorities on households and firms.
