Abstract
Today, there is actually a new civilization, the most striking manifestation of which becomes a new information technologies. Thus, in Europe and throughout the world there are ethnic patterns and networks in culture sector. This is a great opportunity and a great problem for public libraries, schools and cultural institutions that should respond to this cultural challenge, taking the role that explains - interpreting agent. An internet which is no longer limited to written language or languages, but can use a variety of visual images, music, dance and oral traditions will help them. Thus, the Internet provides access to the information desk from anywhere on Earth and near-Earth space. Moreover, supply, delivery and replacement of the information carried out really quick and more economically than traditional methods. On this basis, new forms of consumption of services in the field of culture and ways of their provision were formed. Information technology has an impact on creative activity, organization of cultural activities and management.
