PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED STRUCTURES IN AGRICULTURE

Abstract

The development of the agricultural sector in the economy is objectively demanded by the process. Being the main supplier of food to the population, raw materials processing industry agriculture is currently in a difficult economic position in relation to other sectors of the economy as a whole. To ensure the expanded reproduction in the agricultural sector of the economy and solve the problem of food security of the population with food products domestic production becomes a major task in the development of agro-industrial complex. Russia's agriculture up to the present time may not overcome the crisis phenomena observed since the beginning of the agrarian reform. Therefore, for sustainable functioning of the enterprises of agrarian production economy and stabilize the main agricultural industries a vital tool is the development of integration processes. Integration of agricultural producers should be considered as a form of adaptation to the market in the period when they were destroyed all economic relations, not price stability led to the financial bankruptcy of agriculture. The main goal of integration as a process of development - the creation of such integration framework, which is able not only to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises and profit, but also to ensure a stable market position and profitability of production and economic activity in the long term. One of such structures is the cluster Association, which act as cross-sectoral subcomplexes. They allow overcoming the structural differentiation and diversified production at agricultural enterprises. This creates favorable conditions for economic activity, and thereby determine the direction of development of the agro industrial complex. The article examines the current economic conditions, problems and prospects of development of integrated structures APK. The formation of cluster associations will increase the efficiency of the industry.
