Abstract
The effective development of any industrial enterprise depends on the effectiveness of management decisions. In this regard, one of the urgent problems of national science and economic practice is the problem of effective management of the enterprise. Now there are many methods and concepts of effective management of the enterprise, the choice of which depends on the objectives, the type and scale of production. But in addition to management practices to improve the efficiency of the company and reasonable to be used to develop the benefits obtained by the use of a form of organization of production, or group of industries. In the conditions of globalization and international competition, one of the most important factors to improve efficiency, develop and retain leading position among competitors is not only an increase in production and scientific potential, but also the establishment of linkages between enterprises – creation of networks. The main objective of this paper is to analyze the current state of the timber industry of the Primorsky Krai, as well as the development of a mechanism for effective development of enterprise structures of the complex. The object of research is the activity of enterprise structures of timber industry complex of Primorsky Krai.
