Abstract
Much of the modern history of Azerbaijan is closely connected with the phenomenon of Heydar Aliyev. He is the creator of a new Azerbaijan, the savior of the Azerbaijani people, Azerbaijani state. It is no accident that on this outstanding personality written hundreds of pieces. Only with the help of bibliographic information can be summarized as having a vast mass of documents and provide readers with information on all works written about national leader.
