Abstract
The leasing place as financial instrument of the sustainable development promoting development of the concept locates in article. The author marks out advantages of leasing in front of other investment tools. Chemical leasing is given in article the main aspects of model. The author defines the purposes and his problems of audit for achievement of the principles of the concept of a sustainable development of the leasing enterprises.
