NEED OF RISK MANAGEMENT AT THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

 In modern terms the Russian economy needs effective economy growing, therefore the traditional methods of management, oriented to the stably functioning industrial enterprises, become effective not enough. In this connection actuality of creation of effective control system increases a risk, that would allow to prevent crisis situations on enterprises. The system of risk management must become an inalienable element and subsystem of strategic management on the industrial enterprises of Russia.
