Abstract
The development of rural areas in the context of global challenges has been investigated in the article. The main objectives of the sustainable ecological development of rural areas are to create a stable social environment. Rural area as agro social system is an objective combination of the three main components of the ecological, economic and social which in turn ensure the sustainability of this system.
