Abstract
Changes in the actual content of foreign economic activities of enterprises in Russia determine the formation of a set of relevant documents that provide opportunities for the state priority setting, defining preferences by country and region, as well as adjustments of existing institutions of foreign economic policy. The article analyzes the State Program “Development of Foreign Economic Activity” in the context of the main sub-programs, the amount and sources of funding. The author examines the characteristics of the regional socio-economic development programs and implemented concepts or strategies of foreign economic activity.
