Abstract

The classification aspects of diversification strategy are explored, an improved classification of diversification is suggested, the features of implementation of the diversification strategy in agricultural enterprises taking into account the specific of agrarian sphere are defined. The list of the main characteristics of the production’s diversification of the subjects of agriculture in modern transitional conditions of the national economy is worked out.
