STRATEGIC INTERESTS AND OUTLOOK IN AZERBAIJAN-TURKEY RELATIONS
Abstract
The article describes the main characteristics of relations between Azerbaijan and the Republic of Turkey. The focus is on the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries, the role of political leaders here two countries. Obstacles and difficulties in building a multilateral relations between states are considered as an integral part of the existing geo-political processes.
MODEL OF DECISION SUPPORT TOOLS FOR MANAGEMENT REGULATION INTERBUDGETARY
Abstract
This paper proposes automata approach to the management of inter-budgetary control in the aspect of share distribution of tax revenues between the budgets of different levels of the budget system of the Russian Federation. The constructed model of the stochastic automaton can well adapt to changes in tax revenues and to decide on the proportions of their distribution based on the conditions of a compromise between the interests of the budgets of different levels.
BASIC INDICATORS OF ECONOMIC DYNAMICS OF FIRM IN MODERN FINANCIAL MARKET CONDITIONS
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the main economic indicators, which reflect the dynamics and development of the company and are associated with an estimate of its value, and a summery of methods and approaches to the assessment of capital structure and its individual parts. On the basis of these indicators is provided financial analysis of the company “Name” and estimated rates of return of equity and debt.
ANALYTICAL SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE CURRENT ASSETS
Abstract
The paper collected and analyzed the main methods of analysis of current assets and the possibility of their practical application in the modern business environment. Solving common problems of the analysis of current assets milk business is to preserve and enhance financial stability, liquidity, business activity, business and profitability is directly linked to the overall financial condition of the company. In this regard, the problem becomes an exploration priority.

Abstract
The article emphasizes the importance of creating a society ho-farm system, based on information and communication technologies. It is noted that the state structures of Azerbaijan in recent years initiated a number of important projects, such as the creation of regional innovation zones, international IT - University Project "Asian trans-European high-speed backbone," the launching of satellites, etc. All of this creates a new environment for the socialization of the individual, the state and society.

Efficient use of fixed assets leads to a decrease in the need for the introduction of new production capacities with the change of production and, consequently, to the increase of profit of the enterprise. Improvement of the use of the fixed assets also means acceleration of their turnover, which in significant measure contributes to the problem of reducing the gap in terms of physical and moral deterioration, accelerate the rate of renewal of fixed assets.
