Abstract

In modern terms the continuous process of innovation is a general factor of competitiveness. Different conditions and factors influence the rate of innovation activities in a organization, among which the corporate culture, the innovation rewards and the rewards system recognized the most important factors. Statistically significant relationships among corporate culture, innovation rewards and the rewards system features were explored. The strength of corporate culture shows a statistically relationships to innovation rewards. The paper supports the notion that the innovative development must to be based on a reward system of innovation and a strong corporate culture.
