Abstract

This article considers one of the major contemporary approaches to the creative economy in the theory of creative industries. The  paper of Mark Matthews, " Science and Innovation Policy and the New (and Old) Economics of Creativity " describes how economic analysis of the relationship between science, technology and innovation through adaptation of the neo-classical theoretical models, which should take into account creativity and innovation.
