Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of evaluating of the economic efficiency of a holding organizations, taking into account the intra-interaction in different types of functional areas. The article presents the results of the simulation of integrated functioning of business organizations, leading researchers in integrating businesses and evaluate its effectiveness. The offered methods allows to managements of holdings to get complex estimate of economic efficiency for using in operation and strategic management.
