Abstract

The organic agriculture strongly reduces external negative influences by the nature. But in Iran to its development it is not given due value. The farming in Iran traditionally is small-scale where within many centuries the wide experience and knowledge on agricultural practice and manufacture of a foodstuff collected. In field husbandry branch there are good possibilities for transition to organic manufacture.
