Abstract

In an article ascertained crisis of theoretical and methodological base of management and the rate becomes on the theory of management of changes of Itshaka Adizesa as the most preferable way of transferring management from art sphere to the sphere of an engineering science. For this, the Socio-psychological platform is summed for the theory of management of changes; the author's determination of organizational management is given and constructivism of the offered approach is shown on example of formation of complimentary administrative team of some hypothetical company.
