Abstract

Effective innovation leads to higher educational institutions  offer  consumers  value, which in turn provides increased income and investment attractiveness of higher education institutions in achieving: return on investment in research and development of new educational products / services, increase revenue from existing and new target market segments, effective cost management throughout the life cycle of products.
