Abstract
The role of Russia as producer of ornamental plants slowly increases in reply to an increasing demand. Already there are some large nurseries working in the country, generally in the Moscow and Petersburg regions. It is expected that in the future business of nurseries of plants in Russia will extend, as there is a need to land healthy and climatic the adapted plants for sale in domestic market.
